Our Mission Statement:
Our mission is to protect the outdoors by teaching and inspiring all Scouts and Scouters in the San Diego Imperial Council to enjoy all natural places while living the elements of the Outdoor Code by practicing the principles of Leave No Trace, Tread Lightly!, and "The Land Ethic."

Our Vision:
Our vision is to be recognized as a resource in the ethical treatment of our outdoor spaces. We are guided by the Scout Oath and Law and Outdoor Code to model the outdoor ethics we learn in scouting and share them with the greater San Diego and Imperial communities. Our Scouts and Scouters will reach out by our example and through education to everyone who uses public lands, inspiring ethical enjoyment of the outdoors.
